Operations Program Manager

WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.   As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional manufacturing programs that drive the introduction and improvement of production processes across the global supply chain of WHOOP. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Factory, Test, and Quality teams to deliver critical initiatives that enhance product quality, throughput, cost, and readiness.   This role is based at our WHOOP Boston headquarters and plays a key role in scaling and sustaining high-performance manufacturing through structured execution, strong cross-functional alignment, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
