Director, Product Integrity Engineering

WHOOP is on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. Our wearable technology helps members understand their bodies and optimize recovery, training, and health. Every WHOOP product must deliver truth in measurement and trust in performance — and that’s where you come in. To achieve this, WHOOP is building a closed-loop Product Integrity system — one that ensures every issue, from supplier variation to field performance, is rapidly detected, deeply understood, and permanently eliminated at the source. We are seeking a Director of Product Integrity Engineering to lead this system end-to-end. This leader is accountable for the continuous feedback loop across supplier, NPI, manufacturing, and field performance, ensuring that no failure remains isolated and that all learnings are driven back into design, process, and supplier capability. This role defines whether WHOOP products succeed or fail in the real world not just in validation, but across their full lifecycle.
