Director of Hardware Product Compliance

WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.   WHOOP is seeking a Director of Hardware Product Compliance to lead global compliance and certification efforts, ensuring our products meet all applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards across international markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is critical to enabling predictable product launches, long-term regulatory integrity, and global market access.   As WHOOP continues to expand its global footprint, this is a unique opportunity to design, scale, and mature our product compliance function. You’ll build the systems, processes, and team needed to support a growing and increasingly complex portfolio. Working closely with product, engineering, operations, and executive leadership, you’ll embed compliance into the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization – balancing innovation, speed, and regulatory rigor in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
