You'll also support day-to-day internal operations to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love bringing order to chaos, and care deeply about getting the details right — this is for you.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is a fully in-office role (5 days/week) at our San Mateo headquarters.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Schedule and coordinate high volumes of interviews across multiple teams and time zones</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own candidate communications end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and timely experience throughout</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Coordinate both virtual and onsite interviews, including logistics and panel scheduling</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse (ATS)</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Track interview progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they become problems</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Greet and host candidates on onsite interview days, making sure every visit feels polished and welcoming</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support HR administrative tasks including documentation and employee record-keeping</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Provide operational support to the People team as needed</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">2–5 years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (or a comparable system)</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Exceptional organizational skills — you can juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Clear, professional communicator in writing and in person</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Relentlessly detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced startup environment</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Able to work in-office 5 days/week in San Mateo</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have</h2> <ul> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience supporting technical hiring (engineering, robotics, hardware, or AI)</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Background in HR or People Operations</li> </ul>
