Job Description: The Desktop Engineering Supervisor oversees the engineering, automation, and lifecycle management of all corporate endpoints, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable end-user computing environment. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of Desktop Engineers and Support Analysts while driving modernization initiatives across device management, imaging, patching, software deployment, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technical leader with strong communication skills, deep experience in modern endpoint management platforms, and a passion for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
