Job Description: In this role, you will operate and maintain the V-BAT unmanned aircraft system in real-world, high-consequence environments, directly enabling Group 3 ISR missions. As a fully qualified V-BAT operator, you’ll serve as both pilot and maintainer within a small, agile team, executing missions from austere, shore-based, and maritime locations. You will act as a subject-matter expert in ISR mission planning, aeronautical decision-making, crew resource management, operational risk and airspace coordination—owning mission execution from planning through recovery.
