This team will take this metal powder based additive process from initial prints on the factory floor and building out the production work center, all the way to fully-optimized, high-rate production to support our ramp goals. font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3+ years of direct experience in additive operations, additive manufacturing (powder-based preferred), and post-processing, specifically in a production environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
