You will work cross-functionally to maintain real-time visibility into material supply sources, manage material requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless material acquisition and delivery. The role requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, has a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Sourcing/Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration, Test, and Launch teams to derive material demand from complex multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) and schedules, driving material requirement plans and priorities across multiple vehicle missions and programs</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Generate material requirement signals and collaborate with Procurement to develop actionable material acquisition strategies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the mission-by-mission 'Material Readiness' process, providing real-time visibility into material supply and demand while ensuring alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, and Launch teams</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement material allocation strategies/models for constrained or at-risk materials based on company priorities and supply conditions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Quantify material forecasts that inform Sourcing’s immediate and medium-term material acquisition strategies, ensuring the smooth flow of materials through the production lifecycle</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in the development of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and processes within ERP platforms, increasing automation and accuracy in end-to-end planning operations</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 2 years of experience in material planning, demand planning, fulfillment planning, or similar roles in fast-paced manufacturing, aerospace, or supply chain environments</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, accounting, quality, and executive management</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), including key inputs (e.g., material attributes, demand, supply) and how MRP functions within ERP systems like Infor LN, SAP, or Oracle</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience creating and managing demand forecasts and incorporating necessary data inputs for accurate material planning</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with BOM (Bill of Materials) reconciliation</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> Nice to haves but not required:   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel techniques</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with design release processes and systems</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Background in aerospace, frontier te
