Join us.</div>About the Team:  The Facilities team ensures that every operation across the site is “go” at all times, supporting everything from power and utilities to highly specialized machines like industrial 3D printers. Our 1 million square foot headquarters is complex: one structure, but functionally 20 mini factories under one roof. That complexity brings unmatched opportunities to grow your skills through cross-training and ownership of specialized systems. This team is deeply embedded in both planning and execution, brought in early to shape the physical assets that will support scaled operations. About the Role: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with heavy equipment (forklift, reach-lift, man-lift, etc.) </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing systems. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general consumable stock items. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organize and maintain equipment. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain general site surroundings and facilities. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Site maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or equivalent </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5 years of work experience at the journeyman level or higher </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Reliable transportation and the ability to complete assigned shifts. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lift and manipulate 50 pounds. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work from heights and on ladders as well as squatting, stooping and/or kneeling with a tool belt. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Periodic or frequent work in extreme outdoor environments: heat, cold, wind, rain </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Valid California state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness and ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, required</li> </ul> Nice to haves but not required:   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5-10years experience preferred. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prior experience in maintenance, construction, and/or repair </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience as a mechanic, carpenter </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with inventory receiving and tracking.</li> </ul><div cla
