The team leverages close partnership between avionics design, manufacturing, and </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW55167670 BCX0">test</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW55167670 BCX0"> to enable rapid iteration and feedback loops. Engineers are deeply embedded into other functions within Relativity, working closely with propulsion, GNC, fluids, and stage engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. You will work with cross-functional partner teams across the company, defining requirements, developing acceptance and qualification test plans and procedures, supporting test execution, and preparing for integration of flight components. A strong candidate for the role combines hands-on test and lab experience with careful attention to detail, is comfortable working with CAD models and electrical schematics, and can effectively execute, document, and communicate hardware testing in a collaborative, safety-critical environment.</span></p> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About You: </strong></span></div> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</div> </li> <li> <div>3+ years of experience in high-reliability product development and/or testing</div> </li> <li>Experience in a lab or test environment, including supporting test design, execution, and documentation of results</li> <li>Understanding of failure analysis process and root-cause investigations</li> <li>Experience working within safety-critical or regulated environments with oversight from multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to coordinate with third-party reviewers, external contractors, or vendors and travel to support off-site testing as needed</li> </ul> <div><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Nice to have, but not required: </strong></span></div> <ul> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Familiarity with handling and testing hazardous materials</li> <li>Experience collaborating with aerospace regulatory and safety organizations, including Space Force Range Safety and FAA</li> <li>Hands-on experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, test automation, and data analysis</li> <li>Experience working with complex integrated systems (ex: vehicle level integration or testing)</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
