Join us.</div>About the Team:  The Accounting team at Relativity spans tax and compliance, financial operations, general ledger, and business data strategy. While each group brings unique insights, they are united by a shared goal of protecting the financial integrity of Relativity, while also enabling smarter, faster decisions to help the company scale. You’ll collaborate deeply with teams across the business, ask the right questions, and become a trusted partner, not just a processor. About the Role: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review and approve fixed asset transactions and journal entries in a manufacturing environment (including but not limited to: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals) for month-end close </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build out fixed asset tagging process across 3 sites</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review monthly/quarterly/annual fixed asset roll forwards </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and review explanations for monthly flux analyses </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage internal fixed asset roadmap and work cross functionally to enhance full cycle fixed asset management process</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding fixed asset-related inquiries and documentation</li> </ul> About You: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of professional accounting experience, with exposure to high volume fixed asset transactions </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Technical understanding of fixed asset accounting under GAAP </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven leader with strong communication, financial data analysis skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)</li> </ul> Nice to haves but not required:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Big 4/regional firm audit/assurance experience (strongly preferred) </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Certified Public Accounting (CPA), active or inactive </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Fast-growing start-ups and/or manufacturing industry experience – space manufacturing even better! </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Infor LN ERP specific experience</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
