In this role, you will manage and implement operational processes across the organization, focusing on the design and continuous improvement of procedures and working methodologies. You will play a key role in ensuring that operational activities align with the company’s contractual obligations by defining and implementing effective controls and monitoring mechanisms.</p> <p>You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive execution, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with defined standards and requirements derived from the company’s agreements.</p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">You’re welcome to work in our offices in Tel Aviv, Israel.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Process design &amp; optimization.</strong> Manage the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance performance and consistency.</li> <li><strong>Controls &amp; monitoring frameworks.</strong> Define, implement, and maintain controls and monitoring mechanisms aligned with operational and contractual requirements. Ensure ongoing tracking, reporting, and escalation of gaps.</li> <li><strong>Project execution. </strong>Manage operational projects end-to-end, including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder coordination. </strong>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements, drive execution, and ensure clear communication across all involved parties.</li> <li><strong>Compliance &amp; governance. </strong>Ensure operational processes adhere to internal standards and external obligations derived from company agreements.
