Our ambition: do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. From breaking into new verticals and personas to personalizing every interaction with every customer, Mutiny takes on the manual work so your team can run faster.
Mutiny was founded in 2018. By Silicon Valley's scoreboard, we had made it: $72M raised from YC and Sequoia, and eight-figure ARR from companies like Uber and Snowflake. But we could see AI was about to rewrite how GTM works, and we wanted to lead that transformation for our industry. MRR is growing at 100% week-over-week, 10x faster than any product we have launched, with customers like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto. Now it’s time to grow the team that will help us build a generational company.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Enterprise GTM is changing. The best teams are moving away from generic outreach and toward highly personalized, high-quality experiences that actually resonate with buyers. The teams using Mutiny are the ones pushing hardest on this shift. That creates demand we have to be ready to meet. The product resonates. The market is moving. The question now is whether we have a sales motion that can keep up, and a team built to scale with it. We're looking for someone who can build that motion on purpose, and lead the team that runs it. This is an early and foundational sales leadership hire. You'll define what great sales looks like at Mutiny, working closely with product, marketing, and the founders to land and expand across the world's most ambitious GTM teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You'll own how Mutiny sells. You'll build and lead the team responsible for landing and expanding our customers, and you'll be in the deals with them. You'll set the strategy, run the forecast, and design the playbooks that turn early traction into a repeatable motion. You'll also work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to make sure what we sell, how we sell it, and what we build next all line up. That means:

Hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives into top performers

Owning pipeline, forecast, and revenue against the number

Getting into live deals with CMOs, Heads of Growth, and revenue leaders

Building the playbooks, processes, and enablement that scale with us

Bringing customer and market signal back into product and GTM strategy This is not a hands-off management role. You'll go from "here's the deal we're trying to close" to "here's the motion that closes ten more like it" to "here's the team and system that runs it without me in every room."
WHO YOU ARE
You've sold before, and sold well. You know what good looks like in a sales cycle and you can teach it. You're a builder. You've stood up teams, hired people who became top performers, and written the playbook other reps now follow. You stay close to deals. You'd rather be in a working session with an AE than running another pipeline review. You bring operational rigor. You can run a clean forecast, inspect a pipeline honestly, and tell the difference between a real deal and a happy ear. You can hold your own in technical conversations. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can credibly talk to senior buyers about how Mutiny fits into how their business actually works. You move fast. You'd rather ship a v1 of a process this week than perfect one next quarter. You're cross-functional. You can work with product, marketing, and leadership and translate between them without losing the thread. What you bring:

8+ years in sales with a strong track record of carrying and beating a number

3+ years leading AE teams, ideally selling into marketing, GTM, or technical buyers

Experience selling a new or category-defining product, not just optimizing a known motion

Strong operational instincts around forecasting, pipeline, and process

Comfort in ambiguity and a bias toward building structure where there isn't any

Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City This role probably isn't for you if you're looking for established playbooks and a clearly defined territory, if you'd rather manage from a distance than get in the room on a deal, or if you need a long ramp and predictable processes.
