Mutiny was founded in 2018. By Silicon Valley's scoreboard, we had made it: $72M raised from YC and Sequoia, and eight-figure ARR from companies like Uber and Snowflake. But we could see AI was about to rewrite how GTM works, and we wanted to lead that transformation for our industry. Most B2B content is forgettable. It sounds the same, looks the same, and doesn't actually change how people think or act. We want to do something different. We want to create things that makes people feel something. We want content that shapes people's understanding of our product and

We're investing heavily in content as a core part of how Mutiny grows.

Not just to drive awareness, but to shape how people understand the problem we're solving. We're looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into content people actually watch, share, and act on. This is a chance to define how a category-defining company shows up in the market.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll own how Mutiny shows up across social and video. That means taking raw ideas from founders, product, and customers, and turning them into content that cuts through. You'll edit videos, package them, and adapt them for each platform. You'll develop a point of view on what works and push us to be better over time. You'll also look at what performs and why, then use that to guide what we create next. This is not about posting more. It's about making content that actually matters. That means:

  • Turning raw ideas and footage into sharp, high-quality videos that perform

  • Adapting content for the way each platform actually works (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube)

  • Developing a point of view on what's working and pushing the bar over time

  • Using performance data to inform what we make next

  • Bringing AI tools into how content gets created, not just talked about You'll leave the brand sharper than you found it.

WHO YOU ARE

You have strong creator instincts. You know what makes someone stop scrolling, watch, and share. You're a great editor. You can take raw footage and turn it into something sharp, engaging, and high quality. You understand platforms. You know that LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube all work differently, and you adjust accordingly. You move fast. You're comfortable creating, shipping, and iterating quickly. You have a point of view. You're not just executing, you're thinking about what works and why. You're curious about AI. You're excited about new tools and how they change how content gets made. You want to push the bar. You don't want to make content that's "good for B2B," you want to make genuinely great content. What you bring:

  • Strong video editing and content creation skills (portfolio required)

  • Clear instincts for what makes content engaging and high-quality

  • Experience creating content for social platforms

  • Ability to move quickly and iterate without overthinking

  • Curiosity for AI tools and emerging content workflows
