Mutiny was founded in 2018. By Silicon Valley's scoreboard, we had made it: $72M raised from YC and Sequoia, and eight-figure ARR from companies like Uber and Snowflake. But we could see AI was about to rewrite how GTM works, and we wanted to lead that transformation for our industry. MRR is growing at 100% week-over-week, 10x faster than any product we have launched, with customers like Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto. Now it’s time to grow the team that will help us build a generational company.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Enterprise GTM is changing. The best teams are moving away from generic outreach and toward highly personalized, high-quality experiences that actually resonate with buyers. The problem is that most teams can't execute this consistently. It's too slow, too manual, and too dependent on other teams. That's where Mutiny comes in. We're looking for AEs who can help customers understand this shift, see what's possible, and adopt a fundamentally better way of going to market. You'll be selling a category-defining product into a market that's actively reshaping itself, with a front-row seat to how the best B2B revenue teams in the world are evolving.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll own the most important metric in the business: net-new revenue. You'll take deals from first conversation to close, working with B2B revenue teams to help them rethink how they break into and expand target accounts. You'll run strong discovery, understand real business problems, and show how Mutiny changes the way teams operate, not just what the product does. You'll also use Mutiny itself to run highly personalized outbound into your target accounts, showing rather than telling. That means:

  • Owning your number and the full cycle from first touch to close

  • Running discovery that surfaces real business problems, not surface-level pain

  • Tying Mutiny's value to outcomes that matter to senior stakeholders

  • Using the product to drive your own pipeline into target accounts

  • Partnering with leadership to refine and scale the sales process

  • Bringing field insights back into product and GTM strategy You'll leave every deal, and every customer interaction, better than you found it.

WHO YOU ARE

You consistently hit or exceed quota. You know what it takes to close and you've done it repeatedly. You run strong discovery. You don't just pitch, you understand problems and tie solutions to real outcomes. You're outcome-oriented. You care about revenue, not activity. You move with urgency. You keep deals moving and adapt quickly when things stall. You're a strong communicator. You can tell a clear, compelling story that resonates with senior stakeholders. You thrive in fast-moving environments. You're comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. You're a great teammate. You raise the bar for yourself and the people around you. What you bring:

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (mid-market or enterprise)

  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota

  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills

  • Ability to tie product value to real business outcomes

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure

  • Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A through D) is a plus

  • High standards for yourself and your team

  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City This role probably isn't for you if you prefer highly structured environments with rigid playbooks, if you're more focused on activity than outcomes, or if you're not excited about using the product yourself to drive your pipeline.
