Our north star is to be the most trusted bank, meaning that customers trust us to keep them safe, and customers and regulators trust that we’ll stop and pursue criminals. <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work in our Fincrime Collective.</p> <p>Your mission is to build and provide world class tech-led toolings, through more automation, usage of GenAI, and process redesign, to empower our Investigators and help Monzo achieve scalable and sustainable growth. You’ll drive efficiency gains, while maintaining or improving decision quality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.&nbsp;<br><br></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Optimising Fincrime Investigation Workflows</strong>: Reduce handling time while maintaining or improving decision accuracy, particularly for high-effort tasks&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Scaling Automation &amp; AI-first Solutions:</strong> Drive towards 100% automation where human intervention is only required in complex cases or when necessary for customer experience.</li> <li><strong>Enhancing Tooling for COps (Customer Operations)</strong>: Improve existing tools and build new solutions to reduce manual efforts, increase efficiency, and streamline investigations.e.g. Reduce reliance on outside tools by integrating more workflows into BizOps (our internal tooling) and improving usability</li> <li><strong>Improving Demand Forecasting &amp; Workforce Planning</strong>: Enhance forecasting capabilities to support central Workforce Management (WFM), optimizing capacity planning and scheduling to drive cost savings and improve customer experience (e.g., reducing idle time and customer wait times).</li> <li><strong>Driving Cultural &amp; Process Improvements</strong>: Improve investigator incentives, skills leveling, and training to create a more efficient and high-performing team.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Your day to day work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without compromising quality of decision &amp; customer experience</li> <li>Lead a cross functional squad, across risk, engineering, data, machine learning, and operation to develop and deliver on the strategic product roadmap&nbsp;</li> <li>Build new toolings and/or improvements to existing toolings to help COps improve their efficiency</li> <li>Collaborate closely with our Ops Collective to deliver improvements to forecasting &amp; planning; so that we h
