All our data lives in one place and is super easy to use.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></p> <p>As a Data Analyst you will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists in an agile product environment. Within the Customer Strategy &amp; Marketing space you will act as an internal strategic consultant across the business. You’ll champion the use of data to solve horizontal challenges across the complete customer experience.</p> <p><strong>Your day-to-day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Generate insights that can drive the direction of our strategy through proactive analysis</li> <li>Take ownership of understanding who our customers are and how they interact with our product</li> <li>Work on Monzo’s global expansion strategy</li> <li>Create metrics used to understand user behaviour and drive product decisions.</li> <li>Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes</li> <li>Build and maintain controls to ensure our business processes are running as intended</li> <li>Improve the accuracy, efficiency and accessibility of our data</li> </ul> <p><strong>How we work:</strong></p> <p>Our main tech hub is in London, but our data teams are based all over the UK — from Brighton to the Western Isles.</p> <p>We love meeting in person, but there’s no pressure to come into the office, even if you’re nearby.
