This team ensures that collaboration, communication, identity, and edge infrastructure systems are secure, scalable, and well-governed.</p> <p data-start="493" data-end="717">Working closely with Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams, Enterprise IT Engineering focuses on standardization, automation, and lifecycle management to reduce complexity and enable the business to scale efficiently.</p> <h3 data-section-id="mprbmu" data-start="724" data-end="746"><strong data-start="728" data-end="746">About the Role</strong></h3> <p data-start="747" data-end="1073">As a Staff Systems Engineer, Enterprise Architect, you will own CoreWeave’s core IT and SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Cloudflare, and domain infrastructure. Your day-to-day work will involve designing scalable configurations, improving system reliability, and driving automation across the IT ecosystem.</p> <p data-start="1075" data-end="1341">You will lead efforts to standardize tooling, reduce SaaS sprawl, and eliminate technical debt by deprecating legacy or unsupported systems. This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to make high-impact architectural decisions.</p> <p data-start="1343" data-end="1471">You will also partner cross-functionally to ensure systems are secure, well-integrated, and built for long-term maintainability.</p> <h2 data-section-id="1be0m8w" data-start="1478" data-end="1496"><strong data-start="1481" data-end="1496">Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul data-start="1498" data-end="2622"> <li data-section-id="l92gp7" data-start="1498" data-end="1593">7–10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, enterprise IT, or platform engineering</li> <li data-section-id="23ioi2" data-start="1594" data-end="1703">Hands-on experience operating and administering enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)</li> <li data-section-id="ci7mxz" data-start="1704" data-end="1803">Strong expertise in DNS and domain management, including lifecycle management and configuration</li> <li data-section-id="11r9mxn" data-start="1804" data-end="1868">Experience with Cloudflare or similar edge/network platforms</li> <li data-section-id="dfi3ke" data-start="1869" data-end="1944">Deep understanding of email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC)</li> <li data-section-id="lc497" data-start="1945" data-end="2011">Experience managing IT-related workloads in AWS, GCP, or Azure</li> <li data-section-id="uahd6p" data-start="2012" data-end="2100">Proven experience building automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages</li> <li data-section-id="1uq9t7s" data-start="2101" data-end="2200">Experience working with APIs, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and workflow automation</li> <li data-section-id="13x6gjo" data-start="2201" data-end="2308">Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and operational best practices in SaaS environments</li> <li data-section-id="2m7j9t" data-start="2309" data-end="2397">Experience implementing or improving IT asset management (ITAM) and system inventory</li> <li data-section-id="1ffukf2" data-start="2398" data-end="2513">Demonstrated ability to evaluate systems and execute on consolidation, standardization, and deprecation efforts</li> <li data-section-id="9a847" data-start="2514" data-end="2622">Advanced troubleshooting skills across SaaS platforms, integrations, and infrastructure-adjacent systems</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="1v11www" data-start="2629" data-end="2645"><strong data-start="2632" data-end="2645">Preferred</strong></h2> <ul data-start="2647" data-end="3079"> <li data-section-id="e7ell1" data-start="2647" data-end="2705">Experience in high-growth or cloud-native environments</li> <li data-section-id="ak49b" data-start="2706" data-end="2772">Experience working with Identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra)</li> <li data-section-id="1vwaxqm" data-start="2773" data-end="2854">Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR</li> <li data-section-id="6wklvg" data-start="2855" data-end="2931">Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato or similar)</li> <li data-section-id="az0drw" data-start="2932" data-end="3006">Experience managing SaaS sprawl and implementing governance frameworks</li> <li data-section-id="kqddjf" data-start="3007" data-end="3079">Background in enterprise IT architecture or platform standardization</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="qvb2as" data-start="3086" data-end="3124"><strong data-start="3089" data-end="3124">Wondering if you’re a good fit?</strong></h2> <p data-start="3125" data-end="3306">We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diverse experiences—even if you don’t meet every requirement.
