The team partners closely with Security, Business Development, PeopleOps, and Corporate functions to deliver resilient, standardized, and automation-first IT solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth. About the Role As the Senior IT Systems Engineer, M&A, you will own the end-to-end technical integration experience for all CoreWeave acquisitions. You’ll design and execute scalable, secure, and repeatable M&A integration frameworks—from technical due diligence through day-one readiness and post-close stabilization. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring deep technical expertise across identity, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT systems, as well as the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’ll be instrumental in building the playbooks and standards that enable CoreWeave to scale through acquisition. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain CoreWeave’s M&A playbooks, runbooks, operating frameworks, and tooling to enable repeatable and predictable integrations. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Own the full technical M&A lifecycle, including IT due diligence, day-one integration, and post-close stabilization. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and execute detailed integration roadmaps with clear milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder visibility. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner closely with Enterprise Security to ensure all integrations meet CoreWeave’s security and compliance standards. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Box, GitHub, and SharePoint. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Design and implement modern identity architectures, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SSO/MFA, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, and identity federation models. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence strategies, and service rationalization plans. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Drive consolidation to CoreWeave-standard platforms to improve operational simplicity and scalability. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in on-call rotation as a senior escalation point for IT engineering issues. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Continuously improve tooling, automation, documentation, and integration processes. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Communicate clearly and proactively with executives, cross-functional partners, and acquired organizations. </li> </ul> Who You Are Required Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">7–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of hands-on experience leading M&A technical integrations or large-scale SaaS and tenant migrations. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Deep technical expertise in: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">SaaS collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, etc.). </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Modern identity systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta). </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Authentication and access controls including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Device Trust, and Zero Trust principles. </li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Golang, or similar languages. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience implementing observability and monitoring for SaaS and core IT systems. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to produce clear technical documentation and lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. </li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience integrating rapidly scaling, cloud-native, or high-growth organizations. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with API-based integration and automation platforms (e.g., Workato). </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure identity and related networking integrations. </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Relevant certifications (Microsoft/Azure, Okta, AWS, GCP, Security+, ITIL). </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, and GDPR. </li> </ul> Wondering if You’re a Good Fit?
