This team is responsible for building and maintaining ERP solutions that support procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment in a fast-growing, capital-intensive environment.</p> <h4 data-start="536" data-end="562"><span><strong data-start="541" data-end="560">About the Role:</strong></span></h4> <p data-start="563" data-end="1116">We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer with deep experience in supply chain and operations workflows. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting ERP customizations to enable procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and fulfillment processes. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite (or Tier 1 ERP) solutions. The role also includes supporting integrations, system enhancements, and ongoing optimization of supply chain systems in a high-growth environment.</p> <h3 data-section-id="ogghtl" data-start="1123" data-end="1143"><span><strong data-start="1127" data-end="1143">Who You Are:</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="1144" data-end="2484"> <li data-section-id="1fe5s9r" data-start="1144" data-end="1250">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Engineering, or related field</li> <li data-section-id="eti7cx" data-start="1251" data-end="1359">5+ years of experience in a technical role supporting supply chain systems (procurement, MRP, inventory)</li> <li data-section-id="gzsx2e" data-start="1360" data-end="1477">Hands-on experience building and supporting NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) and SuiteFlow</li> <li data-section-id="1yypn7s" data-start="1478" data-end="1578">Experience developing custom records, workflows, saved searches, and automations within NetSuite</li> <li data-section-id="pa1p2w" data-start="1579" data-end="1714">Experience supporting supply chain workflows including procurement, inventory management, demand/supply planning, and manufacturing</li> <li data-section-id="159bpkw" data-start="1715" data-end="1824">Experience with NetSuite modules such as Advanced Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, MRP, and SCM</li> <li data-section-id="170unt" data-start="1825" data-end="1947">Experience integrating ERP systems with external platforms (WMS, TMS, 3PLs) using REST, SOAP, EDI, or middleware tools</li> <li data-section-id="1qum8fh" data-start="1948" data-end="2101">Experience configuring procurement flows including item setup, purchase orders, blanket POs, vendor assignment, receiving, and inventory transactions</li> <li data-section-id="vtz29p" data-start="2102" data-end="2186">Experience supporting assembly builds, work orders, and bill of materials (BOMs)</li> <li data-section-id="1slo5q" data-start="2187" data-end="2289">Familiarity with inventory costing, 3-way match processes, and multi-location inventory management</li> <li data-section-id="9rhm3m" data-start="2290" data-end="2405">Experience supporting system upgrades, testing cycles, and production issue resolution with root cause analysis</li> <li data-section-id="ppyoym" data-start="2406" data-end="2484">Experience implementing and maintaining IT controls in compliance with SOX</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="oo0we1" data-start="2491" data-end="2509"><span><strong data-start="2495" data-end="2509">Preferred:</strong></span></h3> <ul data-start="2510" data-end="2892"> <li data-section-id="1njp3qi" data-start="2510" data-end="2603">Experience working in manufacturing, data center, or other capital-intensive environments</li> <li data-section-id="16apaqn" data-start="2604" data-end="2692">Experience integrating with 3PLs using EDI and platforms such as Workato or Orderful</li> <li data-section-id="1fylnsd" data-start="2693" data-end="2746">Experience with Tier 1 ERPs such as SAP or Oracle</li> <li data-section-id="tp5rvm" data-start="2747" data-end="2815">Experience with procurement automation tools (e.g., Squareworks)</li> <li data-section-id="1jwbm0q" data-start="2816" data-end="2892">Experience applying AI solutions to supply chain or operations use cases</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="y5g9wn" data-start="2899" data-end="2940"><span><strong data-start="2903" data-end="2938">Wondering if you’re a good fit?</strong></span></h3> <p data-start="2941" data-end="3229">We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
