<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-powered experiences across our core app. In this role, you’ll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a 0-&gt;1 product management role. You’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for making AI-powered experiences more intuitive, personalized, and impactful – translating Chime’s deep relationship with the member (transaction history, spending patterns, goals, and more) into personalized, proactive, and actionable insights. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, data, and design, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into real, user-facing value.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and research to bring new experiences to life—from early concept through launch and iteration. You’ll be responsible for defining what great looks like: balancing innovation with trust, ensuring transparency in how AI behaves, and building experiences that members can rely on.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Success means proving product-market fit, then evolving beyond a standalone surface into something native to every part of the Chime experience — AI that feels integrated, ambient, and always working.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at&nbsp; $176,000.00 and up to $244,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
