To support a more integrated, data-driven media investment function, we’re hiring an Offline Media Planner to support planning, execution, and measurement workflows across TV, audio, direct mail, and emerging offline channels.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role sits on the Media Strategy & Investment team, reporting into the Director, Growth Marketing – TV & Offline. You’ll partner closely with our TV/Audio lead, Brand Planner, Growth, Analytics, and agency partners to help execute offline media plans, maintain measurement workflows, and contribute to a test-and-learn culture across offline channels.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $83,000.00 and up to $115,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support execution of full-funnel TV and offline media campaigns (TV, audio, direct mail, and emerging channels) in partnership with the Director and channel leads</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in building and updating campaign plans, calendars, and pacing trackers to help monitor performance against core business and media KPIs</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate with agencies and vendors on campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting to ensure plans are executed accurately</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support MMM and attribution workflows by gathering, organizing, and QA’ing inputs (e.g., spend, flights, HDYHAU, mail drops) and sharing with Analytics and external partners</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in maintaining reporting and dashboards that track offline performance, test results, and key learnings across channels</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Help translate campaign and measurement outputs into clear summaries and takeaways for the broader media team</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the execution and tracking of tests across creative, audiences, formats, and partners, including documenting hypotheses, results, and learnings</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with Growth, Brand, and MarTech to ensure offline campaigns are aligned with digital and owned experiences (e.g., landing pages, enrollment flows)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Prepare regular updates, trackers, and readouts to share campaign performance and insights with the team</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">2–4 years of experience in media planning, buying, or campaign execution, ideally with exposure to TV, audio, or other offline channels at a media agency or in-house</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience supporting campaign planning and execution, including working with agencies or vendors</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with measurement concepts such as attribution, incrementality, or MMM, with an interest in learning how these are applied in media planning</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable working with data and maintaining trackers or reports</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A detail-oriented, organized approach—you’re comfortable managing multiple workstreams and ensuring campaigns and data are accurate</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">#LI-Hybrid #LI-AM1</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>A little about us</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
