They will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of test plans, evaluating system performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The T&amp;E Systems Integrator will also be responsible for integrating new hardware and software components into new and existing systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and resolve software and hardware issues</li> <li>Integrate new hardware and software components into new and existing systems</li> <li>Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement</li> <li>Configure and admin IP based LAN &amp; wireless networks</li> <li>Configure and admin Ardupilot based flight controllers</li> <li>Configure and admin embedded Linux systems</li> <li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure test requirements are met</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to team members</li> <li>Lead Flight Test Operations as an RPIC by ensuring aircraft readiness, creating mission profiles, and adhering to safety protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience integrating and testing software and hardware systems</li> <li>Experience with Linux system admin via command line</li> <li>Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies</li> <li>Experience with hardware integration, including experience with sensors, camera systems, embedded systems, radios, IP network switches, micro controllers, actuators.</li> <li>Ability to make wiring harnesses. Including soldering, crimping, fault isolation</li> <li>Repair of avionics systems malfunctions</li> <li>Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues</li> <li>Able to work extended hours as required</li> <li>Strong familiarity with Ardupilot based flight controllers</li> <li>Obtain and maintain a FAA part 107 certificate</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>RC pilot experience in Groups 1 - 3 rotary and fixed wing UAVs</li> <li>Good understanding of aircraft/system performance and log data analysis</li> <li>Experience with scripting languages</li> <li>Familiarity with version control systems</li> <li>Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$113,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$149,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
