We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.</p> <h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3> <p><strong>Systems Engineering &amp; Requirements Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work collaboratively across hardware and software teams to support products as they move from concept through prototype and into production</li> <li>Assess system coverage against established requirements using requirements management tools and ensure traceability</li> <li>Support end-to-end system validation activities including test planning, requirements verification, and data analysis</li> <li>Provide technical communication across teams, leadership, and stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Configuration Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and implement configuration management plans and processes for key programs</li> <li>Identify and manage system-wide Configuration Items (CI's) ranging hardware, software, artifacts, to production (i.e. EBOM, MBOM)</li> <li>Lead change management and version control across the system lifecycle, including holding Change Control Boards (CCB).</li> <li>Manage engineering release processes and change control procedures</li> <li>Coordinate configuration audits (FCA, PCA) and ensure compliance to requirements</li> <li>Ensure engineering change requests are appropriately documented, reviewed, approved, and communicated</li> </ul> <h3>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h3> <ul> <li>Strong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering</li> <li>5+ years of experience in systems engineering or configuration management</li> <li>Direct experience with configuration management including product structures, BOMs, and version control</li> <li>Experience with Teamcenter, Teamcenter Requirements, or equivalent PLM systems</li> <li>Strong technical communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear decision statements</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li> <li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <h3>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in aerospace or defense industry</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)</li> <li>Proficient in technical writing of processes and procedures</li> <li>Certification in CM2 or equivalent configuration management certification</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$146,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$194,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
