As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</div><h2>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships.</li> <li>Coordinate high-profile client visits, demonstrations, and ad-hoc initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment maintenance.</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.</li> <li>Build strong cross-functional relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Translate ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and actionable strategies.</li> <li>Engage and coordinate with multiple departments (IT, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, Growth, Deployments, etc.) to drive projects to completion.</li> <li>Gather and define requirements and translate them into project specifications for new builds and retrofits of currently facilities.</li> <li>Develop accurate cost estimates at all project stages and manage budget - from greenfield projects to day to day capital improvements.</li> <li>Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting and prepare financial reports to senior leadership.</li> <li>Demonstrate expertise in engaging with stakeholders and executives, balancing independent problem solving with effective collaboration.</li> <li>Facilitate clear communication across teams—whether through leading large meetings or managing digital communication channels.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>6+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3+ years in construction, operations, or product/program management roles.</li> <li>50-75% Travel to Texas</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects (3-5+ large projects) concurrently at a rapid pace.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Strong emotional intelligence with a people-centric approach to solving operational challenges.</li> <li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently in an unstructured environment.</li> <li>Ability to develop clear frameworks to structure and solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and executive engagement, with significant leadership visibility.</li> <li>Experience managing and developing team members, with an emphasis on continuous feedback and growth.</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$146,000—$194,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
