The ideal candidate can develop across the the full stack - from Linux eBPF programs to cloud backends and everything in between.<br><br></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO&nbsp;</h4> <ul> <li>Design and develop cybersecurity tools for embedded Linux and Android systems.</li> <li>Build and maintain backend services with REST APIs running on cloud platforms.</li> <li>Create user-friendly frontends using React and TypeScript.</li> <li>Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security needs and implement solutions.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices.</li> <li>Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of software development experience in some combination of Golang, Rust, Kotlin, and TypeScript.</li> <li>Proficiency in implementing application backends, including authorization, observability, REST APIs, and NoSQL data persistence.</li> <li>Strong experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (Terraform and/or AWS CDK).</li> <li>Experience in mobile development, specifically on Android platforms.</li> <li>Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with embedded systems and Linux.</li> <li>Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.</li> <li>Experience with Linux observability and eBPF.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD and test automation, including for mobile devices.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$146,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$220,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
