Your proactive problem-solving approach will be vital to our quality initiatives.<br></span></p> <h4><span class="AnswerParser_TextContainer__z_Iiv"><br>WHAT YOU’LL DO<br></span></h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="5641b19f-b299-4b8e-b5f4-aa09600e55d6">Own Calibration procedure and calibration of production assets along with dev. assets.</li> <li data-uuid="c82e007e-f52a-43da-bcb3-d8f8141649c7">Own 6S for the production and development areas.</li> <li data-uuid="be91060e-301e-4651-8519-a25c0fdb9e0c">Reviewing Engineering drawings, manufacturing and inspection work instructions</li> <li data-uuid="4ca72bcd-a1f6-40cd-8ffc-36b6999c9eab">Verifying and inspecting incoming inspection of PCBAs, COTS and mechanical components.</li> <li data-uuid="4f886e23-d4b5-46d6-a8a3-bcc97bd8b0a1">Ensuring non-conformance's and RCCA's are accurately controlled, documented and dispositioned</li> <li data-uuid="03c5d2f1-3a8d-4add-9e12-fae95c0fa6c3">Maintain quality records and support QMS requirements IAW AS9100</li> <li data-uuid="7b02e8e7-e555-4df5-8763-16f89859bb96">Trending Quality metrics and performing/leading root cause analysis and corrective action</li> <li data-uuid="7013238e-e1ba-42cd-992a-0d851cbd2a89">Review PCB/PCBA schematics, layouts, assembly drawings, and create test documentation</li> </ul> <h4><span class="AnswerParser_TextContainer__z_Iiv">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<br></span></h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="599e2df7-ffe6-4be5-925c-cddaa62bbec2">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field</li> <li data-uuid="0e6adea3-6533-450d-a634-a9fdb1b6f457">2+ years of experience with PCBAs, electrical assemblies, or electronics manufacturing</li> <li data-uuid="a82f803f-f010-4c81-9f24-0be35afabc1c">Experience working in AS9100 environment (Preferred)</li> <li data-uuid="c23bafa5-f1f5-456e-b1ed-bae4713dea7c">Ability to interpret PCB schematics, layouts, and BOMs along with Mechanical components drawings and BOMs.</li> <li data-uuid="4347c81f-7dcc-44cb-892c-6bbb371c4047">Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and component-level troubleshooting</li> <li data-uuid="e69b2340-72bd-45c2-ad19-f2c5583284af">Hands-on experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies)</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="a1819abc-a1ec-4cc8-b237-1d4c4abafbc6">Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Change Management, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)</li> <li data-uuid="a55b3b8d-bbe6-4b0f-b0a8-699afe4d1653">Working knowledge of electro-mechanical design and relevant manufacturing processes.</li> <li data-uuid="dd5da34d-58d7-4c60-8f2f-5a7ace0773d7">Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standard.</li> <li data-uuid="8ba8f1da-eb7f-4f13-9aa8-bf7aa4a93517">Familiarity with IPC-A-600 & IPC-A-610 or standards is preferred.</li> </ul> <h4> </h4><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$98,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$129,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
