As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><p> </p> <h3>ABOUT THE TEAM</h3> <p>The Manufacturing Production team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, ensuring material inventory is correct and well managed, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p> <h3><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></h3> <p>As a Production Associate, you will join our Manufacturing team at the Irvine, CA office. The Production Associate is responsible for managing inventory, assisting with coordinating material flow, and supporting the production process to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. The right person for this role can demonstrate strong ownership and ability to solve operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure parts are restocked on the production floor.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Work across the production floor to make sure parts are stocked and available when needed</li> <li>Identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product</li> <li>Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed</li> <li>Complete cycle counts and conduct all activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority</li> <li>Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages</li> <li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks</li> <li>Courier inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Irvine, Santa Ana and Costa Mesa</li> <li>Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and good communication skills</li> <li>Valid driver’s license</li> <li>Ability to be onsite, local to Irvine, CA, Santa Ana, CA and Costa Mesa, CA</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>1+ years forklift experience and license</li> <li>Experience working in the defense/aerospace industry</li> <li>Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control tooling.</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management tooling</li> <li>Familiarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch tracking</li> <li>Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Able to adapt in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Ability to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business need</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$23</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$30 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
