As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</div>ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to own the complete hardware lifecycle for our Operations Technology (OT) systems across the Anduril Connected Factory. This role will own end-to-end responsibility from BOM creation with the team, hardware and software pricing, procurement execution, and ongoing logistics operations for all factory systems. You will work closely with operational leaders to ensure efficient deployment and management of OT infrastructure across all campus locations. WHAT YOU'LL DO: <ul> <li>Hardware Lifecycle Ownership:</li> <ul> <li>Own the complete hardware lifecycle for all factory systems from initial requirements through deployment and ongoing operations.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to build comprehensive BOMs for the entire factory, resolve component specifications, and ensure accuracy.</li> <li>Source and secure pricing for all hardware and software components, negotiating favorable terms with vendors.</li> <li>Own the end-to-end procurement and logistics process for all factory systems.</li> </ul> <li>Multi-Campus Logistics & Coordination:</li> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain tracking systems for OT hardware across up to 20 campus locations with real-time visibility into inventory and movement.</li> <li>Create automated workflows to streamline parts requisition, approval, transfer, and receipt processes across all locations.</li> <li>Implement processes to optimize inter-campus transfers and ensure parts availability.</li> </ul> <li>Build Timeline & Deployment Management:</li> <ul> <li>Work with operational leadership to align logistics timelines with project build schedules and deployment deadlines.</li> <li>Participate in daily stand-ups for clear-to-deploy initiatives, providing updates on parts availability, status, and blockers.</li> <li>Coordinate clear-to-deploy milestones with Engineering, Operations, and IT teams.</li> </ul> <li>Cost Management & Vendor Relations:</li> <ul> <li>Partner with spend management teams to analyze purchasing patterns and implement cost reduction strategies.</li> <li>Manage relationships with OT vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and service compliance.</li> <li>Track and report on budget performance and cost savings initiatives.</li> </ul> <li>Inventory & Process Optimization:</li> <ul> <li>Implement inventory management practices to minimize costs, reduce obsolescence, and ensure availability.</li> <li>Lead cycle counts and discrepancy reporting to maintain inventory accuracy.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and refine logistics processes for efficiency and scalability.</li> </ul> </ul> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <ul> <li>5-8+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management within a fast-paced manufacturing or defense environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated success managing complete hardware lifecycles, building BOMs, sourcing pricing, and coordinating deployments across multiple locations.</li> <li>Strong coordination skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and project timelines similar to a Technical Program Manager.</li> <li>Experience with contract negotiation, sourcing, pricing analysis, and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to build and maintain complex BOMs, including resolving technical specifications and compatibility requirements.</li> <li>Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems and asset management tools.</li> <li>Experience creating automated workflows for logistics and inventory management.</li> <li>Expert coordination skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and align stakeholders across different locations.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders and cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Proactive approach to identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful deployment.</li> <li>Experience participating in daily stand-ups and agile workflows.</li> <li>Ownership mindset with ability to take full accountability for hardware lifecycle and factory systems logistics.</li> <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, PMP) are a plus.</li> </ul>  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$129,000—$171,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
