This role is ideal for a certified electrician with strong industrial experience and working knowledge of HVAC systems who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational uptime across both production equipment and facility systems.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including:</li> <li>3-phase power (208V, 240V, 480V)</li> <li>Motors, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)</li> <li>Control panels and instrumentation</li> <li>Maintain and improve critical production equipment such as mixers, dosing systems, cure systems, and inspection equipment</li> <li>Support facility systems, including electrical distribution and HVAC (Daikin or similar systems)</li> <li>Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and drive reliability improvements</li> <li>Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve system performance</li> <li>Ensure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards</li> <li>Support equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning projects</li> <li>Work closely with operations and engineering teams to prioritize and execute work</li> <li>Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tracking</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred)</li> <li>5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with: <ul> <li>3-phase electrical systems</li> <li>Motor controls and troubleshooting</li> <li>PLC basics and control systems</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proven ability to lead or mentor others in a maintenance environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>HVAC certification (EPA Section 608) or hands-on HVAC experience</li> <li>Experience in high-safety or regulated environments (e.g., chemical, aerospace, energetics)</li> <li>Experience with VFDs, instrumentation, and automation systems</li> <li>Familiarity with CMMS systems</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$59,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$78,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
