This is a critical position as Anduril continues to expand its operations across a wide variety of programs, contracts, and locations.</p> <p>As a the Head of Government Property, you will oversee a team of Government Property Managers who direct the lifecycle management of customer owned property to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). This role is integral to scaling Anduril’s operational excellence, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of property management processes while driving measurable impact across the site and organization. Anduril fosters a collaborative, fast-paced culture where you will have the freedom to innovate and make decisions that shape the future of the business.</p> <h4 class="p-pdf_iframe__page" data-page-number="1">WHAT YOU'LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of property and compliance professionals to establish and scale Anduril’s property management capabilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and program requirements.</li> <li>Oversee the lifecycle management of government, customer, company-owned, and capital property, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposition, ensuring compliance and accountability across all stages.</li> <li>Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001, and Anduril’s internal property management policies.</li> <li>Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement, implement systems that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support long-term operational success.</li> <li>Manage and execute compliance audits, both internal and external (e.g., Defense Contract Management Agency), ensuring Anduril maintains alignment with government, company, and capital property management regulations, while addressing corrective actions as necessary.</li> <li>Act as the primary customer contact for federal operations and government property activities, leading program reviews and collaborating with stakeholders to address cost, schedule, and performance objectives.</li> <li>Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on government and company property regulations, fostering compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Proactively identify challenges and remove obstacles for your team and internal partners, engaging stakeholders to ensure effective resolution and program success.</li> <li>Ensure technical leadership and excellence is maintained by participating in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of the required management, professional, and technical talent.</li> <li>Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners. Know how to think critically and engage the right teams to help.</li> <li>Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.</li> </ul> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> </div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing customer property.</li> <li>Proven experience leading and mentoring teams, with a demonstrated ability to manage and scale teams while fostering accountability, growth, and alignment with organizational goals.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 52.245-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 245, with a proven ability to implement and maintain compliance systems.</li> <li>Extensive experience conducting compliance audits, including internal assessments and external reviews (e.g., DCMA and DCAA).</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that improve operations and compliance</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and build lasting relationships.</li> <li>Familiarity and competence with property management systems and tools, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).</li> <li>Customer-focused, must be able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment, and able to work extended hours and travel as required.</li> <li>Certifications such as Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS), Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA), or Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) from the National Property Management Association (NPMA) are highly desired.</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="job__pay-ranges"> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$220,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$292,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
