This includes forward logistics, maintenance & repairs, field & in-house inventory management, and reverse logistics. They also are responsible for assisting with the installation and set-up of equipment for new customer deployments/test events/demonstrations at locations across the globe.</p> <h3 id="DeploymentsMaterialsSpecialist-ABOUTTHEJOB">ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>The Deployments Materials Specialist will work closely with Field Operations leads to deploy the right hardware and to ensure mission success. In addition, this will require unique problem-solving skills, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, and a deep appreciation for details. It will require an understanding of logistics, hardware operations, and cross-functional project management to be successful. You will be responsible for supporting the receipt, identification, and documentation of our inventory.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="13075b29-717d-47cb-a18d-43042a02b361">Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.</li> <li data-uuid="1c61fec4-3954-458e-9dff-e52ebe8fa12a">Support the shipping & receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.</li> <li data-uuid="6573a1ad-1548-4198-872a-a8127aabcf89">Ensure inventory stock levels and locations in the physical inventory locations match corresponding quantities and locations in the ERP system.</li> <li data-uuid="a2439b30-4dea-4f9d-8586-f6c8c94890dd">Be a team player where no task is too small. Embrace the startup life.</li> <li data-uuid="2691c88c-0437-4753-abae-79f105f10d73">Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Field Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.</li> <li data-uuid="73ef6aca-9915-44f1-a67a-3c71f08336fa">Minor repairs of products as needed</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="54d3098b-b8ec-4b26-bc4c-c6fa4a0f3902">Minimum of High school or vocational school diploma.</li> <li data-uuid="62a942bb-d05e-4595-a4cd-b1400aff2c14">3+ years’ experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field</li> <li data-uuid="e4d443ca-a26a-415f-b989-2779bffced1d">Experience with ERP systems </li> <li data-uuid="0e674413-f4f8-4867-9fc5-82dc9a160be3">Self-motivated individual that continually seeks driving continuous improvement.</li> <li data-uuid="1fcd3f93-95e0-47b8-8676-a6102dad5afa">Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li data-uuid="7f91bd84-23a9-4467-b392-33db8c07eb81">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li> <li data-uuid="ec43db45-9a3a-41e0-8cf5-da323b4f3110">Ability to carry 50 pounds for short periods of time</li> <li data-uuid="f18a1264-2253-43c5-8203-cc523f3481f2">Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li data-uuid="f3d0de6f-0c0f-4376-a611-87773c9f4ac3">Bachelors Degree in a related field </li> <li data-uuid="b9f41b90-593b-4bf1-b082-1b53d968a754">Advanced Excel skills</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$86,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$114,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
