Success in this role means ensuring that <strong>access to debt capital is a strategic advantage, not a constraint</strong>.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end execution of debt transactions</strong> <ul> <li>Drive financings from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, and closing across credit facilities, term loans, and structured debt</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Structure solutions across corporate and asset-backed contexts</strong> <ul> <li>Develop financing approaches tailored to Anduril’s operating model, including situations that do not fit traditional corporate lending frameworks</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Partner with Finance and Treasury</strong> <ul> <li>Align financing strategies with liquidity planning, capital allocation priorities, and broader financial strategy</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Own lender engagement and process management</strong> <ul> <li>Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and institutional lenders; run financing processes and coordinate diligence</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Operate across a range of debt structures</strong> <ul> <li>Execute primarily corporate debt transactions, with flexibility to incorporate asset-backed or hybrid structures where appropriate</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Drive speed, certainty, and flexibility in capital access</strong> <ul> <li>Ensure the company can move quickly by proactively developing financing capacity and options</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Negotiate and close transactions</strong> <ul> <li>Lead term sheet negotiation, documentation, and closing processes in partnership with Legal and Finance leadership</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>6–10+ years of experience in <strong>leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance</strong></li> <li>Significant experience <strong>executing debt transactions end-to-end</strong>, including structuring, diligence, and closing</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>credit analysis, capital structures, and lender dynamics</strong></li> <li>Experience working directly with <strong>banks, direct lenders, and private credit funds</strong></li> <li>Ability to independently drive complex, external-facing processes under tight timelines</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on <strong>credit and downside analysis</strong></li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience in <strong>structured or asset-backed financing</strong> (e.g., equipment finance, receivables facilities, project-based debt)</li> <li>Experience in capital-intensive or operationally complex industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing, infrastructure)</li> <li>Familiarity with government contracting environments</li> </ul> <h4>WHAT WE VALUE</h4> <ul> <li>High ownership and accountability for external execution</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving situations</li> <li>Strong judgment in structuring and negotiating complex transactions</li> <li>Bias toward action and results</li> <li>Alignment with Anduril’s mission</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$166,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$220,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
