Product Manager – Public Safety & Justice
The Role
We’re looking for a technology-focused Product Manager to bring new enterprise software products to market within NiCE Public Safety & Justice.
You’ll work with customers, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs, shape product requirements, and lead products from discovery through development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Own product launches: Take new software products from concept and MVP through external launch and beyond.
- Understand customers: Lead discovery to identify customer problems, needs, and market opportunities.
- Define product direction: Translate customer insights into requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, design, sales, and product leadership to deliver successful products.
- Support go-to-market: Partner with sales and other teams on product positioning, demos, and launch readiness.
- Improve products: Use customer feedback and market insights to guide future development.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B software, enterprise technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience taking a new software product or major product offering from discovery through launch to external customers.
- Experience owning products after launch and driving improvements.
