Job Summary:  
Join Epirus as a Supplier Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the reliability and performance of leading-edge technologies. In this highly collaborative role, you will drive supplier quality excellence across a dynamic, fast‑scaling supply base. You’ll partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure our suppliers deliver the precision, innovation, and consistency that define Epirus products. 

This is an opportunity to directly influence product quality, accelerate supplier readiness, and embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle while working in an environment where creative problem‑solving and continuous improvement are part of the culture. 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Build and lead supplier quality programs that support the company’s growth, including audits, assessments, readiness reviews, and qualification activities. 

• Proactively identify and mitigate supplier risks to strengthen product reliability from development through production. 

• Assess and qualify new and existing suppliers, ensuring alignment with Epirus’ technology roadmap and quality expectations. 

• Lead root‑cause investigations and corrective actions that drive measurable supplier improvement. 

• Track supplier performance, develop KPIs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve quality issues, manage nonconforming material, and drive technical clarity. 

• Support FAI, process validation, and new supplier
