The team owns developer experience end-to-end across the codebase, CI/CD, build systems, internal tooling, developer environments, observability, and the feedback loops that tie it all together.</p> <p>We're looking for an <strong>Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity</strong> who leads from deep technical craft. Someone who sets a high bar for platform quality, coaches engineers through hard problems, and partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Design to build systems that actually move the needle.</p> <p>This is also an explicitly AI-native role.
