Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.</span></p></div><h2>About the Role:</h2> <p>Vercel is looking for a “Head of Southern Europe, Enterprise” to lead and grow our Southern Europe business, specifically within France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece & Israel. This is a player-coach role for a leader who knows how to build a high-performing team, close strategic deals, and earn the trust of technically sophisticated buyers - all in one of Vercel's most important and competitive markets.</p> <p>Based in either London, Paris, Milan or Madrid; you will own the Southern Europe Enterprise number end-to-end - from building pipeline to landing marquee logos to developing the AEs on your team. You will work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a world-class buying experience for engineering leaders, CTOs, and VP-level decision-makers at some of the largest and most complex organizations.</p> <p></p> <p>If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.</p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Own the Southern Europe enterprise revenue number - pipeline generation, forecasting, and attainment</li> <li>Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs focused on complex, high-value deals with large UK organizations</li> <li>Be in the deals - this is a hands-on role where you're expected to participate in key customer and prospect meetings, not just manage from a distance</li> <li>Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts in the Southern UK market</li> <li>Develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solutions Engineering</li> <li>Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue to EMEA sales leadership</li> <li>Recruit top enterprise sales talent and build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and deep customer knowledge</li> <li>Represent Vercel at industry events, executive roundtables, and high-profile customer engagements across your territory</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Legal to remove deal blockers and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs</li> <li>Identify new enterprise verticals and account segments with strong product-market fit for Vercel in Southern Europe</li> </ul> <h2></h2> <h2>About You:</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment, with a track record of developing high-performing enterprise AEs</li> <li>Hands-on leader, you're comfortable coaching on live deals and being in the room when it matters most</li> <li>Deep familiarity with the Southern Europe enterprise landscape and the ability to build credibility quickly with technical and executive buyers</li> <li>Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and how to navigate procurement, legal, and security processes</li> <li>Track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets and consistently improving team performance</li> <li>Experience selling to engineering, DevOps, or IT leadership - you understand how developers and technical buyers evaluate and buy</li> <li>Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms is a significant advantage</li> <li>Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus</li> <li>Based in London, Paris, Milan or Madrid</li> </ul> <h2></h2> <h2>Benefits:</h2> <ul> <li>Great compensation package and stock options.</li> <li>Inclusive Healthcare Package.</li> <li>Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.</li> <li>Flexible Time Off - Flexible vacation policy with a recommended 4-weeks per year, and paid holidays.</li> <li>Remote Friendly - Work with teammates from different time zones across the globe.</li> <li>We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.</li> </ul> <div id="te-floating-button-container"></div>
