They’re now looking for a proactive and fast-learner Junior Talent Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

Need to source 30-50 profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneously

Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles

Send outreach messages

Senior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibration

Partner with recruiters to align on role requirements

Track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM
-
Share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements
Must-haves
-
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase
-
Must understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2B vs B2C businesses
-
Knows how to analyze profiles beyond surface level

Strong written communication skills (English)

Ability to identify and engage passive talent

Basic understanding of the hiring process

Organized and detail-oriented
-
Required to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezone
Nice-to-haves

Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)

Understanding of Boolean search techniques
