The team of over 1400 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&amp;D team.</p></div><h3><strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">The role</span></strong></h3> <p><span>We are seeking an experienced</span> <span>Procurement Specialist</span> <span>to support the US </span><span>market, with a strong focus on</span> <span>Marketing, HR, and other indirect categories</span><span>.</span><br><span>This role will partner closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, and other </span><span>internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and value </span><span>creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and US market </span><span>regulations.</span><br><span>The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for administering and leading </span><span>competitive bidding processes (RFPs), negotiating commercial terms (pricing and </span><span>contractual), proposal analysis, commercial reports issuance, and evaluating and </span><span>selecting suppliers in accordance with company policies primarily in the areas of </span><span>Business &amp; 3rd party Services Procurement for company needs.</span><br><span>Procurement categories include: Marketing and PR (essential); Employment &amp; Out </span><span>staffing agencies; Agencies for contractor engagement; Consulting &amp; Audit </span><span>services; Telecommunication services; Office leases and supplies; other indirect </span><span>categories</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">Your responsibilities will include:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}">&nbsp;</span></p> <div class="p-pdf_iframe__page" data-page-number="1"> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li><span>The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for multiple procurement </span><span>projects at one time.</span></li> <li><span>Formulates requests for proposal/quotations/information, bid analysis, </span><span>tenders, and risk evaluations. Coordinates preparation of RFP and SoW.</span></li> <li><span>Administers and leads cross-functional teams through the competitive </span><span>bidding process, directs supplier negotiations, develops, evaluates, and </span><span>selects suppliers in accordance with company policies.</span></li> <li><span>Strategically source services and goods using a variety of methods to </span><span>ensure an uninterrupted supply.</span></li> <li><span>Evaluates and selects suppliers based on their ability to provide the </span><span>goods/services and at costs consistent budgetary expectations.</span></li> <li><span>Responsible for negotiation of contracts to minimize operational, legal, and </span><span>financial risks.
