The role
Nebius is looking for a Data Center Security Specialist to help safeguard our critical infrastructure in Oklahoma. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining Nebius’s physical security standards, ensuring compliance with global policies and regulatory frameworks, and maintaining a culture of security awareness across our operations.
You will manage access control, perform security audits, collaborate with colocation partners, and support investigations or incident response activities. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-availability environment and takes pride in building secure, resilient facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Physical Security Management
- Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities.
- Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to “least privilege” principles.
- Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits.
- Lead and document security incident investigations, ensuring timely remediation.
Compliance and Policy
- Maintain alignment with Nebius global security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation.
