The Role

Prove yourself as a top-performing Marketer. As our Performance Marketing Manager you'll help turn our product into a magnet. You’ll define and test strategies, launch experiments, drive adoption - in short: build out a growth marketing stack that scales.

You’ll be both strategic and very hands-on, an architect and a builder. You’ll work directly with the CEO to create a marketing setup that reaches thousands of small business owners, basically from scratch.

Your goal: make Knowlix a product people discover when they’re open to it.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing

• Analytical sharpness - you love digging into funnels, cohorts, and insights

• Bias to action

• Deep care about the user and what makes them fall in love with a product

• You are wildly ambitious and low ego - driven by your craft

You’ll Thrive Here If You… (Preferred)

• Have built or scaled a strong consumer or SMB-facing product

• Extensive experience with SEM
