ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruitment team based in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage the full recruitment cycle for both hardware and software engineering roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.

Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific role requirements, team needs, and technical skill sets.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for both hardware (robotic systems, embedded systems, electronics) and software (software development, AI, machine learning, robotics programming) positions.

Evaluate and assess technical candidates through coding challenges, technical interviews, and discussions about project experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key technical roles, with a focus on both current and future hiring needs.

Advise hiring managers on best practices for technical interviews and candidate evaluations, as well as competitive compensation and market trends.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback throughout the interview process..
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in technical recruiting, specifically with a focus on both hardware (embedded systems, robotics hardware, electronics) and software (software development, AI, machine learning, robotics programming) engineering roles.

Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, including hardware and software concepts, to effectively assess candidates.

Experience using technical screening tools, coding challenges, and conducting technical interviews for both hardware and software positions.

Strong network within the hardware and software engineering talent pools, with a demonstrated ability to source, engage, and close top talent.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical candidates and explain the company’s vision and opportunities clearly.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other engineering-focused recruitment platforms.
