About the Role
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About the Role
Crusoe is seeking a high-energy Procurement Specialist to own the material lifecycle for our global infrastructure projects. Based at our Arvada, CO facility, you will act as the commercial engine behind our project deployments—ensuring that every fastener, cable tray, and component is sourced, negotiated, and delivered on time. You won’t just be "buying parts"; you will be managing a complex industrial supply chain that bridges the gap between engineering blueprints and manufacturing fully executed product lines.
What You’ll Work On
-
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Solicit and evaluate bids for technical and commercial compliance. You will lead negotiations for purchase agreements and manage the selection of critical suppliers.
-
Contract Management: Build and cultivate long-term partner relationships, including the execution and governance of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NMDA’s) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
-
End-to-End Logistics: Beyond the Purchase Order, you will own the tracking of delivery statuses, arrange transportation, and coordinate off-loading for site-critical materials.
-
Market Intelligence: Actively monitor market trends and material innovations to identify new sources of supply and mitigate price volatility.
-
Operations & Inventory: Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination, ensuring 100% material availability for our field teams while optimizing warehouse efficiency.
-
Cross-Functional Support: Provide critical supply chain and logistics support to ensure project timelines remain on track, assisting with administrative and field coordination as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
-
Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
-
Technical Chops: Proven ability to manage complex RFPs, evaluate bid leveling, and navigate ERP systems.
-
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who embodies our company values and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
