We integrate Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support to deliver comprehensive solutions. As thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, we specialize in implementing Celonis to drive the adoption of process intelligence, ultimately transforming and improving our customers' core business operations. We achieve this by leveraging our best practices, extensive delivery experience, award-winning enablement programs, and robust support infrastructure.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>As a Principal AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a pre-sales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product &amp; Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale. We are ideally looking for individuals with in-depth practical experience in delivering solutions to our customers.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architect &amp; Deploy:</strong> Prototype, develop, and scale end-to-end AI solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging <strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="113">Python</strong>, <strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="121">LLM-based architectures (RAG)</strong>, and <strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="156">Machine Learning</strong> models.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Alignment:</strong> Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition to C-level stakeholders, aligning our <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="98">Process Intelligence</strong> capabilities with their broader enterprise AI strategy.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scale Innovation:</strong> Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Celonis platform and package them into scalable, repeatable offerings (e.g., via the <strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="148">Machine Learning Workbench</strong>).</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead "Lighthouse" Projects:</strong> Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers, ensuring successful value realization from pilot to production.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Feedback:</strong> Act as the technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Product &amp; Engineering to influence the roadmap for <strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="141">AI Agents</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="155">automation capabilities</strong>.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Enablement &amp; Evangelism:</strong> Train internal teams on AI deployment best practices and share success stories to elevate the organization’s technical maturity.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Full-Stack Implementation:</strong> Design and architect deployments that seamlessly integrate <strong data-path-to-node="9,6,0" data-index-in-node="86">AI, Process Intelligence, and Automation</strong> into complex enterprise IT landscapes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The preferred qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="14,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Consultative Background:</strong> 10+ years experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., SaaS Provider, Consultancy, or Enterprise Center of Excellence) with a focus on delivering business value through data.</li> <li data-path-to-node="14,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Problem Solving:</strong> Excellent analytical thinking skills, with a track record of mapping unstructured business pain points to specific <strong data-path-to-node="14,1,0" data-index-in-node="132">technical AI solutions</strong>.</li> <li><strong data-path-to-node="14,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Communication:</strong> Ability to translate complex architectural concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executives.</li> <li data-path-to-node="12,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Core Development:</strong> Strong proficiency in <strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="40">Python</strong> for data science and production engineering (Experience with Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries).</li> <li data-path-to-node="12,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">AI/ML Proficiency:</strong> Proven experience developing and deploying <strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="62">AI solutions</strong> for enterprises.
