About the Role

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next-generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly destructive test schedules based on Production, Engineering, and Program Management requirements, balancing test area and asset availability, test article readiness, and capacity.
  • Convert production schedules, Program Management, and Engineering test requirements into executable test schedules that can be tracked and updated, release test work orders, and confirm clear-to-build (CTB) for engineering article readiness ahead of each scheduled event.
  • Work daily with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, and the Test team to sequence destructive testing against internal demand and milestones.
  • Coordinate with the teams on test article delivery, hardware, shortages, and long-lead consumables that gate scheduled test events
