Our team’s purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to </span><span>elevate the Anduril brand.</span></p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p><span>As a Concept Design Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving collaborative </span><span>and effective processes for the Concept Design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep </span><span>understanding of conceptual art, storytelling, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast- </span><span>paced environment. If you are a team player who is passionate about the creative process </span><span>and impeccable execution to move design work forward, then this role is for you.</span></p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><span>Support as key liaison between Concept Design teams and product divisions</span></li> <li><span>Drive planning, production, and delivery of concept art and animation across products, </span><span>environments, and storytelling moments</span></li> <li><span>Lead discovery with stakeholders and translate into project goals and coordinating </span><span>creative leads</span></li> <li><span>Prioritize incoming requests and oversee daily bandwidth of artists, track progress, and </span><span>customer delivery</span></li> <li><span>Facilitate reviews and feedback loops between team, stakeholders, and design leadership</span></li> <li><span>Reporting on progress, priorities, and resourcing</span></li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li><span>Minimum 5 years professional experience as a project manager or producer in games, </span><span>film, animation, or equivalent</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of concept art pipelines, and technical understanding of digital </span><span>tools</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA and Airtable is a plus</span></li> <li><span>Experience supporting creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment</span></li> <li><span>Deep understanding of standard production processes and assets</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially</span></li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$129,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$171,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
