They interface daily with a motivated team of program leadership, functional leadership, and customers in fast-paced environments.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>Anduril is seeking a talented Contracts Manager to support a variety of DoD, International, and Commercial contracts and programs. In this role, you will oversee the full contract lifecycle for Anduril's government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of commercial and defense contracting with strong negotiation skills and a passion for supporting national security through technological innovation. <br><br>The position will be responsible for providing contract support for various CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and commercial contracts. Support of these contracts will involve proposal support, contract negotiation, contract compliance, contract management, contract modifications, and contract close-out. This role works closely with the legal and proposal teams as well as across the spectrum of Anduril’s accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU WILL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.</li> <li>Complete contract review and acceptance.</li> <li>Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.</li> <li>Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.</li> <li>Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government and company requirements.</li> <li>Provide program managers and executives with contract briefs during the life of contracts.</li> <li>Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements and other regulatory considerations.</li> <li>Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with internal/external customers.</li> <li>Provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies for contractual and business obligations.</li> <li>Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.</li> <li>A strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are highly respected amongst your peers and/or counterparts and known as someone who gets things done.</li> <li>U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.</li> <li>Location: Based in Costa Mesa, CA, Washington, DC, Lexington, MA or Ashville, OH.</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with U.S. DoD major weapons platforms.</li> <li>NCMA Certifications including but not limited to CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.</li> <li>Graduate degree in business, law, government, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR cost allowability rules, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data Proposals.</li> <li>Secret or Top Secret Clearance.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$129,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$171,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
