We're looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to serve as the technical and operational backbone of our lifecycle ecosystem. This isn't just about sending emails — you will own the architecture of complex lifecycle journeys inside Braze, designing the data workflows and automation logic that allow our CRM to scale intelligently and sustainably.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

  • Own the end-to-end technical health of our CRM inside Braze — from Canvas architecture and Liquid scripting to QA, deliverability monitoring, and troubleshooting broken data flows

  • Design and maintain complex lifecycle journeys (activation, retention, reactivation) with a long-term mindset, ensuring decisions made today still make sense in 6 months

  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to define custom attributes, events, and API triggers, ensuring data flows seamlessly and user segments behave as expected

  • Build and enforce a rigorous experimentation framework — going beyond basic A/B tests to design multi-touch, multi-channel experiments that generate real learnings

  • Identify and fix deliverability issues proactively (e.g., spam folder placement, IP reputation, send-time logic) before they become systemic problems

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡

  • Braze Power-User: Deep, hands-on experience with Canvas, Liquid scripting, Connected Content, and Audience orchestration

  • Systems Thinking: Strong understanding of CRM architecture — you can read API documentation and speak the same language as backend engineers when defining events and user schemas

  • Analytical Mindset: You don't just see "low open rates" — you trace the data flow to find whether a trigger is delayed, a segment is misfiring, or an event is missing entirely

  • Experience managing deliverability at scale — you know what causes emails to land in spam and how to fix it

  • Bonus: Prior experience inheriting a messy CRM setup and bringing structure, naming conventions, and logic to it from scratch
