We’re looking for a Founder's Associate who will act as a versatile "Swiss Army knife" for Almedia's leadership, tackling high-impact challenges across every function of the business. In this role, you will be the primary engine for strategic initiatives, moving rapidly from research and analysis to hands-on execution and process optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

• Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects across product, marketing, and finance to directly contribute to Almedia's key expansion objectives.

• Execute Problem Solving & Building: Dive into complex business problems, conduct rapid data analysis, and build implemented solutions in close collaboration with the CEO and Founders.

• Optimize Operational Excellence: Identify internal inefficiencies and lead the implementation of new tools and workflows to enhance company-wide productivity and scalability.

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Sprints: Act as a central catalyst between technical and business teams to ensure seamless execution and total alignment on critical company milestones.

• Generate Market Insights: Perform rigorous competitive analysis and financial modeling to evaluate new ventures and provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making.

• Bonus: Practical exposure to the AdTech ecosystem or experience within a Venture Capital environment.
